Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund, less a $25.00 administration and finance fee. Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days pre-event will be eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations received within 14 days of the event. At the discretion of the Executive, a booking credit may be transferred to another person or applied to a future event. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to executiveofficer@adolescentsuccess.org.au
