James Anderson, author of five books including the Amazon bestseller "Learnership" (now translated into Romanian), is transforming education by creating cultures of learning and growth. A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), James has pioneered the first complete description of Learnership as the skill of learning and expanded Carol Dweck's work with his groundbreaking Mindset Continuum. Professor John Hattie says of James's work: "I have looked long and hard for a great book on how to include the teaching of learning strategies in the classroom – and finally found it.” Working with schools around the world, James ensures students aren't just doing the learnING butare becoming skilful learnERS—creating "creatures of discomfort" who embrace challenge and accelerate growth. School leaders describe his impact as "transforming classrooms into dynamic learning environments where students actively participate and flourish." His revolutionary Learnership Matrix provides a pathway for students to become the masters of their circumstances, not victims.
